• IEC60079-1:2014 ;EN60079-1:2007 electrical apparatus in explosive gas atmosphere – part1：flameproof“d”.
• IEC60079-31:2013,EN60079-31:2014 explosive atmospheres part31: Equipment dust ignition protection by enclosure “t”. Usage and maintenance
• Cable connector and the housing mating thread size M16 × 1.5, cable diameter size Φ6-Φ8. When the equipment is used on-site, the cable gland should be installed by the user, whose protection grade should not be lower than Ⅱ2D Ex tb IIIC T85°C Db.
• Within ground terminal tightening torque 2N.m.
• Flameproof joint tightening torque is 3.2N.m.
• External ground bolt M4X6, pressing 4mm² conductors.
• Disassembly is prohibited without permission Do not open with power. please do not open the cover in the explosive gas. Need to use a damp cloth when opening.l
• Repair of the flanged joints must be made in compliance with the structural specifications provided by the manufacturer. Repairs must not be made on the basis of values specified in table 3 and table 4 of EN 60079-1:2007.
• The entry shall be equipped with Ex certified cable glands with a compatible mode of protection for the intended use.
• When assembly, operation and maintenance, the operator should follow the requirements of EN 60079-14, besides the instruction manual.
• Repair and overhaul shall comply with EN 60079-19.
