In terms of heating in winter, the damper actuator will determine the set temperature in winter according to the internal clock, calculate according to the temperature sent back by the sensor, and then adjust the valve to make the room temperature consistent with the set temperature.
The fan of the damper actuator will start to work after confirming that the temperature control program is started to use. Only when the flow switch detects the wind pressure can it be confirmed that the fan has started to work. When the fan enters work, a wind pressure will be formed before and after the filter screen.
If the filter of the damper actuator is clean, if it can be filtered normally, the wind pressure will be less than a set value, and the dry contact of the contactor will be disconnected. If the filter is very dirty, the front and rear wind pressure will increase, and the dry contact of the contactor will be directly closed. The closed dry contact almost causes the contactor to issue a filter alarm, so we need to keep the filter clean.
The control damper actuator also has the function of humidification. The substation will test the temperature of the return air, and then compare the return air temperature with the humidity, and control whether the humidification valve is opened or closed based on this comparison.
