What is the Basis of Choosing Electric Ball Valve?

1. The function of electric actuated ball valve

 

In fluid lines, the main functions of electric actuated ball valve are to cut off, regulate, prevent reflux and relieve pressure. According to the functions of the piping system, it is important to choose the most suitable electric actuated ball valve. It links to the safe and effective operation of the pipeline.

2. The choosing basis of electric actuated ball valve

 

(1). The sealing insulation width of electric actuated ball valve is too narrow to cause the valve closed or not in the appropriate position when closing process, thus affecting the sealing effect.

 

(2). Valve click sound is located in the middle of the valve chamber, and the flow resistance is too large to pass the cleaner.

 

(3). Because the central part of the seal is made of rubber or polytetrafluoroethylene(ptfe), it is easy to damage or fall off in the gas washing process. And the service life is short.

 

The sealing face of the electric actuated ball valve is always closed in the opening, closing and opening and closing process, which can compensate for the wear of the seal. In high pressure situations, the full specification of the flow resistance is small, and there are seals on both sides to press THE PTFE or rubber O-ring into the valve plate.

 

This type of cavity is not possible when the electric actuated ball valve is fully closed or fully opened. Without air, the user will not be able to determine whether the electric ball valve has been properly closed quickly. If there is no air in the center chamber, the opening and closing torque increases rapidly.
