The choice of electric actuator of electrically operated butterfly valve should not only take the office environment, electrical control system and general technical characteristics into account, but also considerate the comprehensive technical characteristics of electric device.
1) The specified value of the valve stem diameter.
It is necessary to pay attention to the allowable diameter of electric push rod valve,when it is in electric device.The valve diameter should be lower it.
2) The connection of valve and electric device.
The connection form and specification of electrically operated butterfly valve and electric device should conform to the national industry standard.
3) The ratio of output torque speed of electric device.
The output moment value is one of the key performance parameters of electric device. And it must be selected in application.
4) The larger torque value of the electric device.
When the axial force of the valve is charged by the electric device (that is, when the valve nut is in the electric device), the torque value shall not exceed the specified value of the electric device.
5) The large rotation number of the stem nut of the electrically operated butterfly valve.
When choosing the multi-rotating valve electric device, it is sure to show the large rotation number of valve at working.And it is proper to choose the transmission gear rate ratio of the part marking organization in the electric device. The electrically operated butterfly valve makes the part observe the power switch level of the valve at work ,which has sufficient precision.Otherwise,it is very easy to lead to harm.
